Quick Check in- 5yrs Maintenance

Hello Everyone! It's been.....awhile. Yesterday I had a few notifications that I had comments on my sparkpage & was confused. Then I realized it has been FIVE YEARS since I hit my goal weight. That's, that's just crazy. I'm long overdue for a blog post update and plan on writing one soon, but for now I just wanted to check in and say I'm still here!!
