A great success today

So, I ate out twice today and still managed to stay under my calorie allotment. I went for a walk with Zoey. We went to Applebee's for dinner, and I ordered the steak and shrimp parmesan sirloin, my favorite, with garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and a 20 oz Miller LIte. That put me at about 1900 calories for the day which is still under my calorie expenditure but not by the 5-8 hundred calories I am usually under. The neat thing was that I really paid attention, to my body and half way through dinner, my body said, "ENOUGH!!", and I listened. Whoot for me! I was able to come in for the day at 1500 calories 600 below my calories burned.
This is a slow on going process. It is working for me now.
