Merry Christmas Spark Peeps !

You have no idea how these little updates help keep me focused and driving for a life goal. Living at the river I want to single ski again @ around 215 lbs. this summer. Today was marvelous in that a wake up at 246.2 my lowest was on tap. On Dec. 5th I got my Christmas present buying a size 38 slim pant which I haven't seen in over 30 years. Daughter said dad you need a new pair of pants, they're too baggy in the rear. OK babe.

A brother in law came over and critiqued my lifting program and now I'm beginning the cut/ripped stage. I can't thank this site and people of Spark enough.
