No New Resolutions

Hello Spark Friends. It is the final weekend before the new year. Did you make any resolutions for 2020? I didn’t.
I’ve just decided to continue my journey doing the things that I know work for me. Portion control, moderation, and moderate exercise are the key for me to maintain my healthier lifestyle. That’s my plan and I’ll deal with the things life throws into the journey as I go.
As the saying goes “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” However, I will definitely be tweaking some things. My exercise routine has gotten a little stale but there are so many options on YouTube to add some new strength training routines and some new cardio routines to challenge my status quo. With all that is offered, I know I will be able to rejuvenate my enthusiasm.
