2020 Focus - New Beginning!

Today is the first page of a new month, a New Year and a NEW Decade! I'm taking this opportunity to wipe the slate clean and start at "Ground Zero".
I have been weighing in, tracking my measurements and taking photos throughout my journey to get Healthy4Life! But today - I'm no longer looking back to where I was, but standing here and now and moving forward. My past efforts are lessons I've learned along the way. I begin this new decade with more knowledge than I have ever had and I am no longer going to compare to what used to be.
I am a different person I was 10 years ago and I will be stronger in the next 10 years! My vision is clear and focused! I am continuing my path to #LoseDaBooze looking to break my best record now of the 277 consecutive days AF (alcohol free) and my total number of AF days in 2019 of 306 days!
My plan - it's simple really. Cut out the junk foods. Cut out diet soda. Eat healthy, natural, colorful, non processed foods. Cook more. Food prep weekly. Journal my eating again using my Ultimate Fix journal that I've had for so long and never used. Stay accountable in my Facebook groups (I run a number of them) and blog here monthly to post my updates. I post daily on my Facebook Public page so if you'd like to follow me there - I post for inspiration and motivation.
