S.M.A.R.T. Goals for BLC 42

My goal is to lose 12 pounds during the 12 week BLC41 challenge aiming for 1-2 pounds each week.

By losing this weight I will be healthier, have more self-confidence and have more energy and less joint pain.

I will accomplish my goals by participating in a team challenge, the online programs WATP (Walk Away the Pounds) GYF (Grow Young Fitness), going to the gym, and watching Spark and YouTube videos.

I will weigh and track my food and exercise on the Sparkpeople website and Fitbit and evaluate my progress weekly.

Nutrition Goals:
-weigh/measure food and track on the SP website
-eat 5 freggies for 5 days each week minimum with 3 being veggies.
-stay within my calorie range
-drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily

Fitness Goals:
-exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily for 5 days (stretches, cardio, yoga, or any combination)
--strength train a minimum of 3 days each week
