Walk Outdoors or Indoors, 30 minutes or more everyday.
Start doing Leslie Sansone's Workouts again.
Continue At-Home PT Exercises, 3 x a week.


Today's Walk:
I managed to do a Leslie Sansone Power Walk (2 Miles) emoticon
So far this week, 2 of 3 PT exercises. emoticon
