Breakfast: better than it has been

Hello everyone!! Set out to make and eat a better breakfast this morning. I have been a little under the weather but in that I realize I need to eat more nutritionally sound. I need to so this cold thing doesn't happen again for a very long time. It is still lingering so we'll see the outcome. I'm taking Vitamin C tablets and I'm setting out to drink chamomile tea with organic blue agave sweetener as I'm writing to you now. Let's just say laryngitis isn't all that fun. Speaking in body language is kinda of funny really to communicate with family members. My grandson said maybe if you pray to God it will get better. I said good idea I'll try that.

Breakfast consisted of egg, cheese, baby kale, tomato, peaches in extra light syrup, grits and an optional element--not needed-- margarine in the grits.( probably added a little too much fat) I had coffee as I do every morning with stevia and almond milk unsweetened. It rounded out to 520 calories but by the time it was over I was quite full. Also, 21 grams of protein in the meal gave me a very full feeling.
