The food changes are DEFINITELY working, thanks to the extra energy that I’ve been putting into my plan. Here are my thoughtful changes:
I have shortened my walking/jogging workouts because of the knee pain. I also added riding the stationary bike and pilates.
Tomorrow I will be able to go swimming. That always helps.
I really do think that it's a matter of finding the balance between doing enough activity to keep the blood sugar low, and not too much activity as to hurt myself.
On the food side, I'm eating less, and my numbers are going down. How simple and profound! Eat just enough of the right stuff, and my body is coming into a healthy balance. This is extraordinary!
The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little EXTRA! I’m giving my life and controlling Type 2 Diabetes that little extra, and I’m getting good results.
This morning's fasting blood sugar reading was 154. It was up near 195 for a fasting blood sugar reading at the start of the year. AMAZING!
Today I'm giving the EXTRA!
