1. PLANNING and SETTING UP FOR SUCCESS!

Start with a plan of goal for next 8 weeks. BE REALISTIC!! Outline your plan of attack and set a goal for EACH of the 8 weeks. WRITE IT DOWN!! 25 pts
Include with your goals priorities, organization, envisioning and create time. 25 pts

Week 1
--At least 30 minutes of cardio, 3x
--At least 10 minutes ST 3x
--Blog at least 1x
--Drink at least 80oz of water every day
--Track EVERYTHING
--Organize/clean kitchen
-- Meditate minimum 10minutes daily

Week 2
--At least 30 minutes of cardio, 5-7x
--At least 10 minutes ST 3-5x
--Blog at least 1x
--Drink at least 80oz of water every day
--Organize/clean bathroom
--Meditate minimum 12 mins everyday

Week 3
--At least 30 minutes of cardio, 5-7x
--At least 15 minutes ST 3-5x
--Blog at least 1x
--Drink at least 80oz of water every day
--Organize/clean bedroom
--Meditate minimum 15 mins a day

Week 4

--random act of kindness

Week 5
--At least 30 minutes of cardio, 5-7x

--Organize/clean Dining room
--Meditate minimum 18mins a day
--random act of kindness .

Week 6
----At least 30 minutes of cardio, 5-7x
--At least 20 minutes ST 3-5x

--Drink at least 80oz of water every day
--Organize/clean son's bedroom
--Meditate minimum 15mins a day
--random act of kindness

Week 7

Week 8
---At least 30 minutes of cardio, 5-7x
