Plan of Action (PoA)

First thank you to everyone for your support on my blog yesterday. It is difficult to be so open and honest. I appreciate knowing that I can be and will be supported through my challenges.
I have done a lot of thinking for the last few days. I have come to two decisions for my PoA.
1. I went down the figurative rabbit hole to find the Canadian Food Plan (thank you KALISWALKER). Some where found a chart that shows calories and their weight equivalence to eat at each meal. I'm going to try this program for a few weeks and see how works for me.
2. I'm will use the exercise plan that a personal trainer developed for me last year. I will start with lighter weights, as I have to work back up to what I was doing. I will workout for no more than 1 hr a day- this will keep me from over-exercising.
