Progress Prizes!

Problem: There are a few things I didn't get for Christmas that I really wanted.

Solution: Making them progress prizes in my health and wellness journey!

Goal 1:
Step 1 - Follow through with my January plan. (64 oz of water a day, no restaurant food, alcohol only twice a week and workout 3 days a week)
Step 2 - Lose 5 lbs

Reward Prize!: This absolutely adorable Rogue sweatshirt!


Goal 2:
Step 1 - Follow my February Plan (Not yet established)
Step 2 - Lose an additional 5 lbs

Reward Prize!:
My first thought was to take a day off work. I'm not sure what to reward myself with when I hit 10lbs lost. What do you typically reward yourself with? Give me ideas!


Goal 3:
Step 1 - Follow my March Plan (Not yet established)
Step 2 - Make my goal weight before our April vacation!

Reward Prize!: A spa package at our vacation resort! I'm thinking facial and massage...


I haven't had a massage on our last two vacations and I want one like CRAZY!!

So far January is going well. Here is my calendar to date!



January Goals (Starting January 5th)
-No restaurant food - 8 for 8
-Alcohol no more than twice a week - 2 last week / 0 this week so far
-Workout 3 times a week - 4 last week / 0 this week so far
-64 oz of water a day - 8 for 8

Goal Weight: 125
Current Weight: 139.6
