Weekly Focus is not yet in Focus...

So WEEK ONE I had grand plans to clean the kitchen. Nope. Nada. I did barely anything. IT IS STILL A MESS!
WEEK TWO the focus was to eliminate extraneous sugar and treats from my diet. Nope. Nada. I barely did anything. I did note when I tripped up and how I might do better in my notes on my nutrition pages. Being aware of the ways I give in to temptation seems like good info to know. Now if I could just stop and think before I eat things...
I did however get my nose fixed. No big nose bleeds in about a week.
I blew out a vein and some tissue in one very big sneeze. Popped something out of place that was fixed before. And after 14 pretty bad nose bleeds I got into my surgeon and he fixed it. I have no frontal sinus and my nose has been broken two times we know of. I have had several nose surgeries over the years. This is not anything new to me. Just a nuisance really.
I was able to get it fixed this time in the office under a local anesthetic. I still am a bit sore, but it has only been 6 days. I rested as much as possible after the procedure to get over it and heal. But I only took off an afternoon last week for it.
Now WEEK THREE is drinking water - 8 to 10 glasses a day. Today I have only had three glasses. I better get after it when I get home!
So, the plan has been to do something toward my goals of being healthier and focusing on one each week of the year. So far, I have not kept that promise to myself. Nope. Nada.
Let's see if I get better this week and catch up from my previous challenges that I tripped up on.
Working on not beating myself up over it.
