Weekly Weigh-in

I had good result when weighing this morning. I've lost about 4 pounds since returning to Sparks People last Tuesday. I realize that a lot of the weight loss is probably attributable to water weight, but it's still encouraging. I certainly don't expect to lose that amount of weight each week. I'll be more than happy with an average of 1 lb per week.

The goals for the rest of this week are to continue with my morning and afternoon walks (or walking tapes if the weather is not cooperating) and to continue making good food choices.
