I love it when a plan comes together. Knowing what I want knowing how to get it. I will devote 14 weeks to do exactly what it will take to be what I want to be. This week I write my plan this is what I have so far...
Drink only water at least 2 gallons daily
Only eat fruit &vegtables. Mostly juiced
2times a day exercise between The ymca & Planet fitness
Swimming. Lifting they have many machines
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar &black seed oil
