I nailed this week’s beat the clock fitness ITC! Timed myself walking around the block (which is pretty darn near a half mile) 1x each day for five days in a row. So glad the weather cooperated.

Day One: 10:13.98 
Day Two: 10:50.78 
Day Three: 9:37.85 
Day Four: 9:20.90 
Day Five: 8:40.37 

Don't know what happened on Day 2. Day 4 was hard and Day 5 (today) was downright uncomfortable but boy am I excited to have pushed myself. What a great challenge!
