Mid-January Check In - 3 Day Detox Results

I joined (for the first time) the Danette May 30 Day Challenge which starts with a 3 day detox and these were my results. If you can't see the image - I am down 7.5lbs!!

I did deviate a bit off course but here's what I didn't do:
✅ I didn't drink booze (still AF Day 138 as I continue my journey with #LoseDaBooze)
✅ I still haven't touched Diet Pepsi (major WIN as I went cold turkey Jan 1)
✅ I only had maybe one carbonated drink - it was a Kombucha (huge for me because I love my bubbly drinks)
✅ I drank the lemon/ACV/cayenne pepper daily (but I must admit it's starting to get harder - feels heartburny lol)
✅ I drank my 2 cups of dandelion tea daily
✅ I maybe didn't get the full gallon of water in but drank lots
✅ I did the meditations
✅ I mostly just walked - did the pilates once (couldn't after because of a lower back pain issue)

I feel good and even my feet look less puffy. I'm looking forward to continuing the plan. I have had to switch things up because I don't have all things on hand right now or my schedule gets int he way, but following the principles and meal ideas. I'm looking forward to trying more new recipes.

My big WHY is my trip to Punta Cana in April - but more than that - my main goal for 2020 is to release the weight, love my body more and feel good!
