So I have been averaging 4 days a week at the gym and I have been watching my calories! Nothing is moving. I feel like I am stuck. I was so frustrated that I ate ice cream and Reese’s last night. Not my finest moment. Been a little stressful at work and my drug of choice is food! I am not making excuses, just trying to master my emotions. I feel like a failure! But, today is a new day and I am going to try to do better no matter what stress comes my way. Dear God give me strength to handle stress without feeding it through poor diet choices!❤️🙏❤️🙏
