Check it out!
This will help me be more organized and it will show me correlations between my goals and my weekly weight loss. By the end of the year, hopefully I can look back and crunch these numbers for better insights. I’ll make a tab for each week, and one final tab to calculate whether I met my yearly goals.
My Fitbit will help me fill in a lot of these rows (cal burned, steps, miles, sleep hours, avg heart rate, etc.)... but I will need to start counting calories and net carbs eaten. I think I can do that. I’ve done it before, and lost weight doing it. I’ll give it a shot!
I plan to take inch measurements every month, and my scale does body fat %.
There are 50 more weeks in 2020, and I plan to be (at LEAST) 50 lb lighter by 2021!
