Friday: Breakfast - protein powder, 3T oats, dollop of Greek yogurt, 1/4 frozen banana, almond milk, sm amount coconut milk, ice blended
Lunch: 1/2 spinach wrap with a 3 slices turkey, tomato, lettuce, guac, cucumber. 1/2 cup Blueberries
Dinner: Greek yogurt sweetened with honey and a few blueberries and about 20 chocolate chips
Snack: 4-5 oz white/red wine... - wine tasting party. Lots of water!!
1) Calorie deficit
2) less protein is still effective
3) incorporating chocolate & wine while losing weight is possible (sm amounts!)
