Still Here

I have felt quite cut off, no emails from Spark People for several years, thanks to stupid European Union regulations. Well, thank God for Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage and Brexit, we will leave the EU on January 31st 2020! Hooray! Maybe then, once we are free of the EU shackles, we will be able to restore full communications and trade with the good old USA.
One tooth broke, another is very loose and due to come out on Monday. I have had to do without my bottom denture since December 2nd 2019, yet still managed to eat Christmas dinner and a good bit more besides!
Finally lost 9 lbs, gradually (probably helped by the tooth situation!).
When I started with SP, we had one granddaughter. Now we have three granddaughters and a grandson ages 12yrs, 9yrs, 3yrs and the newest just 6 months old. Life is good.
