Goals for Week of Jan 19th, 2020

This week I'd like to accomplish the following:

Fitness/Activity:
* Take 5,100 steps each day
* Go for at least one walk each day or watch a Leslie Sansome walking video
* Attend my first Yoga class

Nutrition:
* Meet the recommended daily amount of calories of 1200
