This is the start of a new week and I have plans and goals to make this a good week. I am going to eat on my plan. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will fast eating around 500 calories. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday I will eat healthy. I will not eat salty snacks or sweets until Saturday. I will think before I eat durning the week " Is this healthy?". Now I have written this I hold myself accountable to you and all my Spark Family. I will fallow my eating plan and not go off it, I want to be healthy at a healthy weight. I can do it!!!!
