Low carb meal

I tried some butternut squash noodles last night for supper. I put it with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and sliced roast beef (sandwich kind). I used canola oil spray is all that I used. I didn't use any seasoning in the dish. It tasted good. But the smell later kind of reminded me of apple cider vinegar. I still have leftovers of the dishes. I was about half way through the meal when I was filling up. I took my time in finishing up the meal.
