Lost 10 pounds since Jan 1st- Lessons learned!

I’ve been Sparking and working on getting this weight off, but more so working on my journey to who I am, what I’m about.
I’ve learned since losing 223 lbs:
•It takes time, might as well spend it learning about your new life and discovering.
•Baby steps work because they are easy, lead to success, and success begets success.
•Stay present and mindful. This shuts the door on drama and stress.
•Be forgiving of yourself. God forgives and we should live by that example. He knew the importance.
•Meet your own nurturing needs or pray hard. God and yourself are two people you can count on. People?
•Never ever give up.
•Self hate doesn’t lead to weight loss because people don’t usually WANT to do anything for someone they hate.
I am learning that I am a passionate writer and coach. My old self was very self- focused. I was always in my head. Joy is in the journey. Loving trying new things and focusing on positivity and others, rather than negativity and self. I’ve learned to say “Thank you!” to compliments and not tear myself down.
