What will make this time different than the all the other times?

I am here again. The once spark people motivator that crashed and burned and gained so much weight that she almost could touch 300 lbs.. The moment that I finished a sprint triathlon to 10 years later where I can hardly get out of my own way!

In 2009 I started my weight loss journey that led me to that 50 lb weight loss and that tri.
My sister in law and I both started it together although she has struggled but maintained her activity level and majority of the weight she lost.. I Remember her saying, “”What will make it different this time?” Well I do not think it is one singular change. I feel like it is a series of many changes That Spark change. I plan to document and record my journey on Spark people. Each day is a blank canvas. Lessons carry over from one day to the next but calories reset giving us a new day!

Hope renews your soul.

Since Christmas I have lost 15 lbs.
