Monday seems to be the day to start things even though it is not the first day of the week. Sunday is the first day of the week. But here I go again starting a streak on a Monday. My streak is to follow my eating program and not go off for any reason.
I know special days come up and on those days I can make up my mind do I want to go off plan for this or how can I make this healthier.
In my last blog I wrote about my eating plan so I don't need to go in to it here. I know it works but I keep slipping up. I need to do some deep thinking and than talk it over with my therapist. Why do I keep sabotaging my diet?
