Today is going alright. Finding a hard time wanting to get a good workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ done. I go to work usually get all my steps in at work or close to it. Iโ€™m eating well not going over calorie or anything. When it comes to actually working out I just font have the push. I think I lost it last week I donโ€™t think I have exercised since last Tuesday or Wednesday. Need to find my motivation

    I am having a hard time getting in daily exercise minutes. Maybe it is the dark days of winter that make me snuggle in instead of getting up and getting out

    Maybe you have a lot on your mind...? I find it hard to exercise if there are lots of things to tend to, I can't seem to relax and connect body to soul for a workout. But hopefully you can soon shut everything out and dedicate some time to yourself. Once you get into the workout it may begin to fix itself.

    emoticon emoticon Hope you can back to some form of exercise without too much difficulty. I myself have spells when I don't get as much exercise as I would like. I try not to let it bother me too much and eventually I get back to it
