Weekly Weigh-in Assessment & Goals

I weigh myself first thing every Wednesday. My weight remained steady this past week which is a little disappointing, but not discouraging. I KNOW that I've been eating healthy foods and moving a heck of a lot more than I did when I first came back to SparksPeople on Jan 7th of this year. These are all good things! On average, I'm still loosing at the recommended rate - so I'm good!

I'm going to reassess my weekly goals on Wednesday's instead of Sunday's as originally planned. This seems a good time to review my weight loss progress and plan for the upcoming week.

What I want to concentrate on this week: Developing an exercise plan that incorporates the recommended amount of cardio, strength and flexibility each week.

Goals for the upcoming week:

1. Continue reaching a minimum of 5100 steps each day. This is a quick way for me to make sure I attain a certain level of activity each day.

2. Strive to reach the recommended minimum calories each day. Eating a mostly plant-based diet along with a limited amount of dairy, fish, eggs & meat, I struggle to reach the minimum amount.

3. Develop a daily stretching routine - I've always enjoyed this in the past.

4. Continue the Official 28-Day Bootcamp Exercise Challenge as best I can.
