3. PRODUCTIVITY VS PROCRASTINATING

1. set alarm ( and don't press snooze)
2 make your bed
3 shower and dress before anything else
4 wake up knowing agenda for the day
5 keep track of your time
6 create a to-do list and schedule out a block of time
7 change of scenery-- get out of the house!
