I have been doing really well at focusing on my fitness levels.
I have earned my 2,500 fitness minutes in a month three months in a row.
I will actually earn the one for this month in two days, so I am going to go ahead and say that is in the bag.
But focusing so much on fitness has meant that I have not had any time to devote to my hobbies.
I took one day off fitness last weekend and made two quilts that will be gifts for my sister and best friend.
I need to do that more often! Sparkpeople encourages us to take one rest day a week.
I am going to try to take my rest day on the weekend so that I have time to sew.
On the other weekend day, I will do my workout and grocery shopping. Grocery shopping always take hours out of my day and wears me out as well.
Mental wellness is important too, and sewing is a big part of mental wellness for me.
