Monthly Goals instead of yearly resolutions

One of my Facebook friends posted something about setting monthly goals instead of trying to tackle the whole year at the beginning of the year. This completely resonates with me. For January, I am doing the 30 day alcohol experiment and 22 days so far without booze! I noticed myself drinking quite a bit since I retired and didn't want my drinking getting out of control. Funny thing though, I have actually gained a couple of pounds since I quit, so my February goal will be to add food tracking so I can loose some weight (hopefully). I can do this!
