Week 3: 1/15/20 - 1/21/20

Another decent week. I had to travel for business this week, so I weighed in early to use my home scale. The travel negatively impacted my flights of stairs. Happy to be back home now with more control over my schedule and meals. Despite the early weigh in, I was able to log another week of weight loss, but nothing to write home about. Now it is time to get more serious about my eating. We already do a good job a meal planning for dinners. In addition, I plan to pack my meals 4 of 5 days for work each week.
