It's National Compliment Day! Try to compliment at least 5 people today. We often forget those little niceties in the rush of the moment. Slow down and notice what's around you, give compliments and brighten someone's day.
--Beer Can Appreciation Day: today commemorates when Krueger's Finest Beer and Krueger's Cream Ale became the first beers to be sold in cans in 1935; The American Can Company tried in 1909 but found that carbonation was too much for cans, leading them to explode; worldwide production for all beverage cans is approximately 475 billion cans per year, 52 billion per year in Europe.
--Belly Laugh Day: I like this one; make sure you have an opportunity to give a good hearty laugh and share it; all of us will feel better.
--Green Juice Day: a day to offer a reminder to get our greens in with smoothies and juices; many opinions as to how helpful these are.
