I use Splenda in coffee. And only have this maybe bimonthly. Reduce the quantity and cut everything out if you can. I think this is your best bet.

Sugar is not in common use for us. On rare occasions we will use pure cane sugar, 100% maple syrup, local honey. We do not use artificial sweeteners. Never have.

We use organic coconut palm sugar to make our own hot chocolate. My husband likes stevia. He uses both the powder and the liquid drops.

Organic Coconut Palm Sugar by Better Body Foods available at our local Walmart.
Stevia by SweetLeaf which is available at many of our local grocers.

Good for you! Yes, stevia is not bad. There are a few companies that sell it. The taste is a little different. I cut sugar and all the substitutes almost 3 months ago. I only eat honey and maple syrup, the real one but not very often. emoticon

All stevia is different. I love the Great Value No Calorie Stevia. It’s granulated and it’s my favorite.
