Putting it in numbers

So far I can say that I actually went to the gym 4/5 days this week! I'm going to keep my 3 day streak going for at least the cardio part of it.
Putting this in numbers I did a total 155 minutes of various cardio and I've lifted a total of 53,470 pounds on the various weight machines this week! I'm working out a reward system that doesn't involve food and I think I know what I want to do.
My rule before was that I would give myself $20 for every five pounds I lost to save for when the weight was gone and a bottle of perfume for every ten. I'm starting to see what spark people means though, about celebrating the little milestones along the way. What I was doing before wasn't motivating me enough and celebrating what I was doing to develop a healthier more active lifestyle, and it takes a lot of work to reach even five pounds. For me, I need weekly rewards.
My new plan will include a piggy bank for skinny clothes, but it'll also mean weekly deposits in that bank. I'm going to give myself a quarter for every five minutes of cardio ($7.75), a dime for every thousand pounds lifted ($5.35), and $2 for every pound lost ($6). This week I owe myself 19.10 toward new clothes.
