Day 1: Blogging 100 days Challenge

I did *spark* last week, and that's not my plan. Maybe it was not taking my thyroid Rx, maybe it was the cycle of the moon, who knows why?
Regardless, I'm back at it today, going for 200 points! (thanks sparkRecipes 2-ingredient pumpkin muffins, which I needed to double-check the directions on....)!

3 Little Victories:
1) Got back on spark, and tracked food 2) Motivated to cook Asian food for the New Year (& so sad to hear about the virus devastating China!) 3) 2-ingredient muffins! 114 cals, SUPER EASY (mix can of pumpkin w spice cake mix, makes 18 very soft and moist muffins); looking forward to breakfast tomorrow, but now must go finish up my last 17 or so points, take my Rx & go to sleep
