Folks, I'm Feeling Good...

I got back on Noom -- which didn't really work for me before (but I'm pretty sure it's because I wasn't ready and didn't do my part). I've been on the plan for three days and I'm already feeling better. I just made the most fantastic soup with sweet potato, tomato, onion, chicken broth, and milk plus spices. Being in the kitchen is key for me because I can choose what I want and what is healthy at the same time. I've also been on the treadmill for at least thirty minutes every day. Let's see how this goes.
