Progress Report

Well, folks,

I am making progress. When I started working out on my Bowflex I could only do 2 minutes. Now I can do 5 minutes, three times in a row within one hour. That's major progress for a little ol' lady like me. LOL

I am sneaking up on fitness five minutes at a time, and my nutrition is improving too. Spinach salads, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, and baked fresh asparagus and tomatoes with a homemade lemon vinaigrette, are some of my faves.

I am rediscovering the joy of a healthy way of life. While I'm challenging myself on the Bowflex, I am also walking at least 30 minutes a day.

Yep, I am beginning to remember why I love this way of life. The health benefits are tremendous, and the pride I gain by simply taking good care of this body of mine is phenomenal.

I am treating myself with kindness and giving myself credit for making these positive changes.

Baby steps are still forward motion. And little bits of progress are still progress. It all adds up!
