Goals for Monday 01/27/20 to Sunday 02/02/20

Last Wednesday I got some of the most devastating news of my life. Someone broke my trust on the deepest levels and now I feel like I'm being left to pick up the pieces. Honestly, I feel like I'm drowning in grief and emotional turmoil of it right now. It's awful. I feel like I'm able to have compassion for the other people around me, but none for myself right now. The entire experience has been painful, isolating and lonely, so this week I'm more focused on my mental health than my physical health (although I know that if I get moving, I'll feel a bit better, too.)
