FEBRUARY brings really cold frigid weather to the mountains of Pennsylvania where I live. I love the cold winter days and all the snowy days too. Getting all bundled up with a knitted scarf around my neck is sheer happiness when I take an afternoon walk outside.
Love walking. Exhilarating!
I joined a spark team called "Go The Distance Challenge "- Walk 2,020 Miles in 2020. This will be quite a challenge for me to successfully pull off this year. It requires me to walk an extra 2 miles everyday over my regular walking level of 4 miles. I know it doesn't sound like much but, truth be told, some days I feel more energetic than other days. So this will be a year of me pushing myself to reach that goal.
I continually work at eating healthy and keeping my carbs low. This is what works for me.
