Make it a Great Day!

This will help make every day a good day: when you awaken, cuddle up in bed and think about how good you feel. Next how your bathroom visit, morning drink and breakfast will enhance it.
Think about comfort and good thinks before anything else (like a problem from yesterday or a fight you had with your other last night.
This advice was gleaned from my studies of the Law of Attraction. When you think a thought for 17 seconds or more a similar thought will follow. We know that we get what we think about!
