As for this sparkie - I had my own little victory yesterday too - finally I enjoyed a day of healthy eating within my WW points. I know it's possible - but I know that a little cheese can spread into a lot of it - and one banana can easily become 3 or 6 for this sugarholic. I like eating within my points in a natural unstressed way - intuitively, as Watermellen says. Kindly.
Today begins almost a full week crowded with Other People and Group Stuff. Nothing onerous but for some reason I'm feeling the stress of it - so I will be sure to get in as much meditation/prayer and yoga as I can. so it was good that yesterday I tick off EVERYTHING on my list of self care - art, prayer, cardio, yoga, 23 points. Sweet.
p.s. I pre-tracked today's meals and am at 24 points - which is durn good enough for me.
