BSG February Challenge - Week One - I Can I Will

We're asked to blog about our progress this past month and my goals for this month:

Today's Weight = 217 (-2.0 pounds)

In the last month, I have:

1) Lost 2 pounds during the month of January.
2) Reached daily step goal of 11,000 steps per day 28 days out of 31 days.
3) Reached daily exercise goal of 30 - 60 days all 31 days.
4) Reached my daily sleep goal of 6 - 7 hours 23 days out of 31 days.

February Goals:

1) Exercise 45 - 60 minutes per day.
2) Daily Steps at least 11,000 per day.
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night.
4) Lose at least 5 pounds.
5) Pray & Meditate daily.
