Week 5: 1/30/20 - 2/4/20

I had a good week for exercise with more steps and stairs than last week. I have increased my exercise and activity every week this year, each week doing more minutes, more steps and more stairs. And this week I got back on my treadmill several times in addition to a nice long walk outside this weekend.

My eating, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I did meet my goal of packing lunch, but I need to curb evening snacking and eating at special events and I had five special events this week alone. I actually GAINED weight this week. UGH!!! Still, I am still committed and will not let this bad week set me back from my progress.
