On the Mend

For the last 3 days I have fought off a terrible upper respiratory infection and I am finally feeling better! Not 100% yet but definitely like 75% better! I have been reading soooo many things about how good it is to get your workout done in the morning and I am going to give it a try. I am going to see how I feel tomorrow first. I get really clammy and out of breath quickly right now so I am going to get to 100% and then my morning routine is on! Drop me your tips on how to fool proof my morning routine!

    It's so much easier to do a morning routine if you're a morning person. If you are NOT - you might think of doing something gentle in the a.m. Try Rodney Yee's morning yoga DVD/download (from Gaia dot com

    Once you start doing ANYTHIING in the morning it gets easier to do something more.
