Day 29 of 100: Good week so far

It's been a good week! I ate a lot of salads and veggies to keep my calories down and overall feel great. Not sure if I'll get a loss this week though. My tom came on Monday....hurray....
But, that's ok. I know that if I just keep being persistent and pushing forward, I'll see a drop again in both the scale and my measurements!

It started out super cold and windy this week! I made sure to bundle up the baby even more than usual to be sure she was warm. I also enjoyed a southwest salad. It was good and surprisingly low calorie at 220 total!

Yesterday I had 110 cal tomato soup. I don't know why but I really love the taste of it!

This morning, it was much warmer out and much nicer for my workout. I had a blast! The wind really bums me out when working out outside...especially if it's cold!

I made some low calorie "fried rice" and am currently eating it now. It ALMOST tastes the same but not quite emoticon

Very simple, just cauliflower rice with egg whites, onions chopped, salt, garlic powder and a tiny dash of pepper.

I like to make simple things for myself haha. I'm hoping by training myself to like new things that are low calorie, I'll be able to stick with maintenance for the long term. I also want to slowly get into cooking more recipes and learn how to make low calorie food taste amazing so that I'll always WANT to go for the better options.

Anyways, that's it for today. I'll probably weigh in tomorrow but if I'm the same or up from tom I'm not sure if I'll post it or not.
We'll see

    So happy for you that you are exercising! I am exercising too even in the bad weather I get out and go to the gym. Have you tried the SP salsa chicken? Its in the spark recipes. Its delicious. They do have alot of good recipes there. You should check them out. Thanks for the friend rice recipe. I love cauliflower rice. I even love mashed cauliflower with veggies and cheese. Its delicious!
