Listen to your Body

Trust me, I know how hard it is to listen to your body. You have goals and you want to achieve each of them. This week I did something to my body and my lower back/hip area is really stiff. While I really wanted to achieve each of my goals, I have been listening to my body and taking it easy. My "exercise" for the past two days has been applying heat, massaging, and stretching said areas.
