Two Week Mark... and so far so good.

I'm doing ok. It's been two weeks and I've kept a steady, consistent pace. So far I think I've lost about 15 lbs, but it's been 3 days since I weighed myself, so it could be more.
I've added a lot more swimming, at least 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I do long swims, because I can't do fast swims. I usually do a firm but slow "breast stroke." I recently had a rotator cuff surgery, so this is something I can do without pain.
I've been off of work since Sept. 5, 2019, when I fell and destroyed my right shoulder. Surgery was on Oct. 21st... and I am finally returning to work this Tuesday. I'm commission only, so my wife really wants me OUT OF THE HOUSE and get earning again!
I've added journaling and meditation to my program this time around. I'm trying to pray more, too. I'm seeing a really good psychologist, who's helping me. I just need to avoid the cravings.
