I'm having a new adventure with food . . .

We got a grant at work for a new (at least to me) eating program NaturallySlim. Their motto is "It's not what you eat, it's when and how you eat. Sounded intriguing and the college's worker's compensation program is paying for it. A big plus!!
So I signed up. I have lost 7.5 pounds week 1.
Week one has been very enlightening. I'm working on resetting some very old habits. I'm learning about slowing it down and tasting, I mean really tasting the food you eat.
I'm going to keep posting along the way . . . I'm not giving up on SparkPeople, just taking a turn in the road!
